Hire a Remote Marketing Specialist from Latin America
We place marketing specialists at $1,800 to $2,500 a month, full time. In the United States the same roles run $65,000 to $78,000 a year before employer taxes, depending on the channel.
Marketing is the function where a vague brief wastes the most money, because the title covers a dozen different jobs. This page is mostly about picking which one you are hiring, then screening for it properly.
The marketing roles we place most
- Paid media: building and running campaigns on Google, Meta and LinkedIn, and reporting on what they actually returned.
- Content and search: briefs, drafts, on-page work and the publishing calendar that keeps it moving.
- Email and lifecycle: sequences, segmentation and the reporting that shows whether any of it worked.
- Social: planning, scheduling, community replies and the creative that goes with them.
- Marketing operations: tracking, attribution, and the dashboards your leadership actually opens.

How to hire marketing well
Hire the channel, not the word marketing
A brilliant paid media buyer is often a mediocre content marketer, and both call themselves marketing specialists. Name the channel in the brief and the shortlist changes completely.
Ask for a result they can explain end to end
Not the number, the reasoning. What did they change, why, what happened, and what they would do differently. People who only report wins usually did not run the analysis.
Check the writing yourself if English matters
If the person will write copy for a United States audience, read something they wrote for a United States audience. Native-level marketing copy is a real skill and not every strong marketer has it.
Decide who sets strategy
At this level you are hiring execution and channel judgment, not a head of marketing. If nobody in-house owns direction, the hire will drift no matter how good they are.
How hiring a marketing specialist works here
- 1
One 15-minute call
You describe the role, the hours you need covered and the tools. We tell you honestly whether nearshore fits it.
- 2
Vetted shortlist in 2-4 weeks
Skills, spoken English and background checked before anyone reaches you. You run the interviews.
- 3
One agreement, and they start
You sign a Master Services Agreement with us. We engage and pay the professional; they work as part of your team, month to month.
Plan for about a two-week ramp once they start, and own that part: training, context, clear expectations and access to your systems. We stay involved after the placement, so if something goes wrong on either side we mediate rather than leaving you to it.

Questions we get about this role
- How much does a remote marketing specialist cost?
- We place them at $1,800 to $2,500 a month full time. In the United States, the equivalent roles average roughly $65,000 to $78,000 a year in salary before employer taxes.
- Can they write in native-level English?
- Many can, and it is worth verifying rather than assuming, because writing marketing copy is a different bar from speaking fluently. Ask for a sample written for a United States audience and judge it yourself.
- Should I hire one specialist or a manager?
- If somebody in-house owns the strategy and you need the work done, hire a specialist. If nobody owns direction, a specialist will drift and you actually need a manager, which is a different role at a higher rate.
- Will they manage our ad budget?
- Yes, with the usual controls. Account access in your own name, spend limits you set, and reporting you can check independently. That is standard practice for a local hire too.
